Works so well that it CAN shake the diamonds right out of the setting!… Be sure to use the plastic basket…I had a baguette fall out of my wedding ring ($130 repair, cause I saw the stone and took it with me)…and a marquee diamond loosened from another band…($65 repair)…. Very expensive to have jeweller repair your items… So far, my diamond earrings, 2 sets of two, have no incidence or loosening…Cleans chrome razor handles, hairbrushes, watch bands, and almost any other sturdy item that is difficultly crudded up, long as it will fit in the basin tub… Uses plain water to clean, if desired add one tiny drop of shampoo…rinse after use, wipe clean with a dry towel…I would buy again, but stress the importance of stoned settings being placed in the plastic basket that comes with it…I use the device once every two months on average

Excellent product – does just what it says it will do if you follow the instructions. My jewellery is clean and sparkly and keeps clean as long as it did when professionally cleaned by a jeweller! My jewellery looks like new again and a weekly or fortnightly clean keeps it that way – Brilliant! Rating: 5 / 5

I give two stars out of kindness. The cleaner does clean well, however, minutes after opening it and taking it out of the box, the plastic on the lid cracked. I’ve used it possibly 10 times now and every time the crack on the lid webbed out more and more. Today, on the 11th use, the lid broke off completely. Now, before accuse me of manhandling the machine in order to break it, you should know that I store it under the sink and gently lift it out from under the sink with each use (realizing how fragile it was with the first use). So now it’s completely unusable. Rating: 2 / 5

Holds a large number of necklaces while looking good. Seems well crafted but our first was chipped – the company promptly sent us another free of charge!

My only complaint is the height: not tall enough to keep full-length necklaces off the ground. Rating: 4 / 5

I got this along with a jewelry box as one of my girlfriend’s presents for xmas this year. The product is nicely built and looks good on our dresser alongside the Umbra box. It works well for keeping the necklaces tangle-free, regardless of their assorted lengths, since there are multiple levels to hang from. It certainly fit the bill as a good combination between a cute/funky style and utility. Rating: 5 / 5

This necklace holder is very sturdy and was bigger than I anticipated (although the dimensions are included in the product description) so it doesn’t fit where I had intended to keep it. I do keep more than one necklace per tine, and they all stay untangled. For my longer necklaces (18″ and longer) I do have to loop them twice, but the tine provides plenty of room to do that. The welds are neat and clean. It is handsome enough to keep in plain sight. I did buy the earring holder as well, and they look nice set up next to each other on my dressing table, although the two of them take up a bit of room. Rating: 4 / 5

I already had one of these in use and purchased a second to keep my gold necklaces on one and white gold on another. It keeps them easily in sight and no tangle worries. Rating: 5 / 5

Good product for some jewelry. Loops are not good to hold necklaces b/c when holder is closed they slide out of sides. Would have been better if it was completely enclosed. I guess loops would be better used for only bracelets like picture shows. Rating: 3 / 5
